When I first met the owner of this yet-to-be completed condo her request was that we create a space that was “bright, light & girly”. With only a realtor’s floor plan and photographs of the interior finishes from the display suite in-hand we created the interiors package. Our design consisted of bespoke, semi-custom furnishings, wallpaper, area rugs, drapery panels and accessories. When the condo was completed by the developer and a move-in date was assigned, ISDG coordinated the move-in and set up of all for the “big reveal.” I’m happy to say our client was moved to tears; in a good way! There is nothing more satisfying than the successful completion of a project and a happy client.  

Designed for luxury home-builder Pacific Property Group this new-build features over 7000 square feet of contemporary luxury. This home was designed with a West Coast vibe and features several elements essential for entertaining such as a large open-concept kitchen and family room with retractable doors opening  to the pool, a concealed Fry Kitchen, a huge wine locker and entertainment bar and a gorgeous pool bathroom with wet-room.

When this West Vancouver couple asked Interior Solutions Design Group to design, renovate and furnish their recently-purchased condo the inspiration for the renovation came from two sources; a mid-century modern teak dining table that the client’s wanted to bring with them and collections of pottery and art. As the couple was down-sizing from a multi-bedroom family home to a two bedroom condo this presented the challenge of incorporating these collectables in a way that felt natural, clean-lined & uncluttered.
